Q. Following domains are due to expire in 30 days

A. Automated E-Mail Warning Domain Expiration.

Step 1. Login to your Air America Billing Portal.
Step 2. Under Domains on left menu clcik link "Manage Domains".
Step 3. Select Domain Name and click the letter "M" to manage selected domain.
Step 4. Make sure you have a check mark in Auto Renewal Enabled Box.

All ready have a check mark in box?
Then look for open invoices in spam folder or check your online billing portal.
If you can't find any open invoices then contact us webmaster@air-america.com.
